Welcome to the DCS Conferences & Opportunities page. This is where we provide you with all the details about attending external conferences available all across Canada. As a DeGroote Commerce student, you are eligible to apply for reimbursement of your delegate fees.

Conference Reimbursement
Steps to Receiving Reimbursement
1. Complete the Application Form and submit to (1) vpoperations@degrootecommerce.ca or (2) the DCS Office (DSB 131).
2. Receive notification of acceptance.
3. Attend conference/competition and pay all fees. Be sure to save all receipts as proof of payment.
4. Fill out the conference wrap-up report.
5. Go to the DCS Office (DSB 131) and hand in all receipts as well as the wrap-up report.
6. Once everything is handed in, you will be notified by email when you can pick up your cheque.
